SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

All products will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours via UPS or freight. We will only ship freight when ordering 20 gallons or more of product. We can ship express via ups, next day and two day air but the prices are more expensive. We suggest calling for a shipping cost for next day or two day air deliveries.

We will not reimburse shipping costs on any returned coatings. Their will be a 25% restocking fee for any returned coatings of 5 gallons or less. Their will be a 50% restocking fee on any coatings 6 gallons or more. We cannot refund any money if any containers have been opened, because we do not know if they have been contaminated.

All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase. NO REFUNDS will be granted after the 30 days. Any questions please call Midwest Chemicals at 1 800 270-0777
